Must be authorised before you post it, unused and in original packaging. A 20% processing fee is deducted, you pay the postage, and the parcel goes to Georgia in the United States.
Worth knowing before you rely on this. They publish no Australian delivery estimate at all. The 10 to 15 days above is their global standard figure, and their own country table for Europe runs as long as 25 days, so treat it as a floor rather than an estimate. Their FAQ separately calls it 10 to 15 business days to the door, which contradicts the shipping policy’s after-dispatch wording, and the shipping fee does not change when the store is switched to Australia so it may be charged in US dollars.

The bit that catches people out
One year warranty from the date of delivery, original purchaser only. Customs duties and import charges are the buyer’s responsibility and Australian GST is not mentioned anywhere on their site. Their AI Boxes ship as region-specific models and you choose the region yourself at checkout: the correct one here is For Europe/Asia/Australia/Middle East/South America. Prices on this site are read with their store set to Australia, which returns AUD.
