The smallest adapter Ottocast make, sized to sit almost flush in the USB port rather than hanging out into the cabin, doing the same wired-to-wireless conversion for CarPlay and Android Auto.

Why we picked it

Same job as the Mini Cube, in a body small enough to leave in permanently without catching a knee, a bag strap or the gear selector. That sounds like a detail until you have owned a car where the USB port sits low in the console, which is most of them. Listed at $69 against a $124 recommended price.
