What it is

Spring-loaded tamper with a flat stainless base for repeatable pressure, supplied with 5kg, 10kg and 15kg springs.

Why we picked it

Tamping is the one step nobody does consistently: press harder on the left and the puck is denser on the left, and water always finds the soft side. A spring that clicks at a set load removes his hands from the equation, so a tired Monday shot is the same as a careful Sunday one.
