Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags. You pay return postage and they will not give you the return address until you contact them, so you cannot know what it costs before you buy. Shirts printed with a name or number cannot be returned at all.
Whatever a policy says, a faulty, unsafe or misdescribed product carries a consumer guarantee that no store policy can remove. What your rights actually are.
Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and nothing is collected at checkout. Refusing a parcel over customs charges can attract a restocking fee. If a parcel has not arrived after 40 days they will resend it free. An exchange without returning the original costs $20 or half the new item’s price, whichever is higher.
