Why we picked it

The gusseted crotch and nylon cinch belt are climbing design, which is why these are the shorts that do not bind when he is crouched over a board screwing in fins or picking his way down a rock ledge to the point. Organic cotton twill also means they improve over a few summers rather than pilling.
