What it is

Wireless smart meat thermometer with multi-sensor temperature reading to 500C, rated for direct flame grilling, deep frying and sous vide. Waterproof and dishwasher safe.

Why we picked it

The 500C rating is the real upgrade over the standard Meater: it survives being left in over direct flame or in a searing pan, which is exactly where the cheaper probes fail. Dishwasher safe removes the one maintenance step people skip.
