What it is

Why we picked it

The screen on the case sounds like a gimmick and turns out to be the reason these get used, because changing noise cancelling or answering a call no longer means finding the right app on a phone. For a dad who does not enjoy phone settings, that is the whole difference between earbuds that work the way he wants and earbuds left on default. IP55 covers sweat and a shower of rain, which is the failure mode that kills most pairs.
