Smoking chunks made from oak whiskey ageing barrels. Suits smokers, kettle grills and ceramic grills.
These are genuinely reclaimed barrel oak rather than oak with flavouring sprayed on, so the residual char and whiskey in the timber does change the smoke. It is a consumable with a story attached, which is a rare combination in this price band.
