Delivery and returns

Buying a gift from RetroSales

What RetroSales publishes about delivery and returns, read off their own pages, and what it means for something bought as a present rather than for yourself.

If it is wrong

No change-of-mind returns. If it is the wrong thing, Dad is keeping it.

They state plainly that they do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Whatever a policy says, a faulty, unsafe or misdescribed product carries a consumer guarantee that no store policy can remove. What your rights actually are.

The bit that catches people out

Second-hand stock carries a 12-month warranty covering faults and items not performing as described, but excluding physical damage, liquid damage and misuse. Pre-owned items are graded Good, Very Good or Excellent on each product page. No change-of-mind returns at all, which matters for a gift.

Read from RetroSales’s own pages: delivery · returns. Policies change; we re-read them and print the date we last did.

What we list from RetroSales

Every price read off their live product page and dated on the card. Delivery speed varies by item, which is why each card carries its own.
