What it is

Rust-free braid scissors with ceramic blades that never need sharpening, suited to braid or mono.

Why we picked it

Braid is woven polyethylene, and ordinary steel scissors crush the fibres flat instead of severing them, leaving a frayed tag that will not pull through a knot cleanly. Ceramic blades shear it, and unlike steel they cannot rust shut after a season in the salt.
